I was really hoping the iPhone X could meet my needs with eSIM support but unfortunately, this isn’t the case. This model doesn’t possess the hardware for eSIM capability, so regardless of where you are or which carrier you use, the iPhone X won’t be able to utilize an eSIM. For those needing the flexibility of eSIM while traveling or managing multiple plans, upgrading to an iPhone XS or newer would be required.
