I have a 9SCSR device and recently, it’s been having some battery issues. The problem is quite persistent and frustrating. Whenever I try to use it, the device randomly turns off, even when I believe the battery should still have some life left. This has been happening more frequently, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. It doesn’t seem to matter if the battery is fully charged or partially charged; the device still shuts down unexpectedly.
