Why is my ADF not picking up the paper?
I have been facing an issue with my printer where the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) is not picking up the paper. It’s really frustrating because it disrupts my workflow and wastes a lot of my time. When I try to use the ADF to scan or copy multiple documents, the paper just doesn’t feed through. I’ve checked to make sure that the paper is loaded correctly and that there are no visible obstructions. I’ve also tried different types of paper, thinking that perhaps the issue might be related to the thickness or texture of the paper I’m using, but nothing seems to work. This problem is impacting my productivity, and I’m unsure what could be causing the ADF to fail in picking up the paper as it should. Any guidance on this would help me understand what might be wrong.

One quick check you can perform is to inspect the ADF rollers. These are crucial for grabbing and feeding the paper into the machine. Over time, they might accumulate dust or become worn out, leading to issues. Cleaning the rollers with a lint-free cloth and some isopropyl alcohol can often restore their functionality.
